Special Events/ AV set up: Took a look at Karen's karaoke set-up doc. It's a thing of beauty! An excellent resource to help familiarize yourself with all the equipment ahead of working the actual event.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): It looks like Lost Girls will be a 2.00:1 aspect ratio in a 1.85 flat container. The last title we played in this format was Midsommar, and we just used the 1.85 lens file and masking. Ideally we would make new lens files for this as it's an increasingly common format, this would involve programming over the 1.78 masking stop in houses 3, 5, and 7 and since we are showing Emma, which is 1.78, it would have to be the same situation as Marriage Story and The Lighthouse last year where each of these houses can't show both Lost Girls and Emma on a given day. I would personally like to do this, but this is just a heads up for the other projectionists and to see if it would be feasible with scheduling.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added KDM info for Lost Girls.

-7 Stages/Bliss is no longer on the events calendar, I left it in the asset tracking doc for the time being.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
