Start building cue sheets when next week's film schedule is sent out.

Take Premature off the marquee and put up Rebecca 3/10.

Clear Premature off the servers and ingest Wendy.

IMS deletions listed under Tuesday 3/2 on the whiteboard can be done at the end of the night.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Onward and Wendy drives came in today. Onward has been ingested, Wendy can go on tonight after Premature. We have no keys for either one yet, so please don't load onto any IMS.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated Wendy and Onward entries.

Maintenance/cleaning: Made standard 2:1 lens channels in every house for Lost Girls/general use. They are all called DCP 1998x999 Flat and are in the preferred channels on the touch screen. I also made a framing chart with this ratio, it's called Alignment_TST_F_2K... but it's not useful for much other than setting the ILS for 2:1. Macro made and uploaded to all IMS's, tested OK on each projector. Have yet to set masking stops, we will have to wait until we know which houses will be showing this title before we do a we will have to program over something.

In the process I wrote out all the configurations to setup a channel for DCP projection. I put them in a Word doc, if someone would like to check it for clarity. I'll make instructions for ILS File, Screen File, and Source File setup next.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
