To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Almost... Portrait was not ingested to T2 for the 7:15 show tonight. This is partly on me since I deleted this feature from T2 last night because, at this point, it had no showtimes in T2 for this week. Since today's swap made this round in T2 a manual start the playlist must not have been added to the schedule, so the feature never loaded in. I caught this before the first round Wendy finished and started ingesting the feature about an hour ahead of the showtime. For preshow I just played Spotify in the theater and the feature was done ingesting in time to put the trailers on at 7:20.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built playlists for Vox, Overtime, Where Does a Body End?, Seven Stages, and Rebecca (missing the feature). Added the shorts to the NYCFC playlist as well.

-Noticed when loading the playlist in T2 that the Portrait playlist had the all ages trailer pack. The "Hey Kids" PSA really gives off a weird vibe when played to a crowd of adults.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested episodes 2-9 for the Overtime event and added them to the playlist.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added The Exterminating Angel from the Deluxe portal.

Maintenance/cleaning: I adjusted the subwoofer levels on the CP500 in booth 1. The optical subwoofer level was set to the max so I brought it down closer to where the setting was for the digital. After that, the subwoofer levels on the CP500 looked to be in a much tamer range, from both projectors.

-We got some more gaff tape and new extension cords. Tape is on the shelf in 4/6, cords are in the power cable bin.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked cues and schedule for tomorrow, all set.

Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
