To do this evening/ was completed:

-IMS deletions listed for today on the whiteboard

-Strike the birthday rental from the 15th street marquee and put up NYCFC Shorts.

-Please delete the 6:15 schedule of Wendy in T7 for Tuesday 3/10 when all of the content from the playlist is finished loading. This is the only show of this title in 7 for the week and it is a manual start.

Presentation Issues: None.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Scheduled movies for Monday through Thursday.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The 35mm screening of Secret Garden went well. I checked focus on both projectors with a test loop and also ran the first reel on P2 before preshow. The focus on P2 was very uneven, the best you could get was the middle in focus with the sides very blurry, or vice versa. It definitely didn't look like that when we teched it on Wednesday. I loosened the gate a hair which resolved the focus issue but brought the horizontal jitter back slightly. I figured this was definitely the lesser evil compared to having half the image out of focus. Karen, what were the focus issues you were having on P1? I had none at all today.

-The setup for the party in the upstairs bar went very smoothly. I set everything up and shuttered the projector before Secret Garden started and showed Nick how to get it going when the time came.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Rebecca to TMS and added the feature to the show playlist.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): The Secret Garden print is packed up and ready to be shipped out. Contacted JW about return shipping.

-CatVideoFest is gone from all our servers.

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added tracking for Raging Bull, it is arriving on Tuesday.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Schedule/cues checked for tomorrow.

Marquee updated?: Took down Secret Garden and put up Raging Bull on the 14th street side.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
