To do this evening/ was completed:
-I'm running home early to sick kiddos. Michael stayed for opening. Sorry I got a little less done today, Alec! I sent you a pretty lengthy Spoons email but don't hesitate to call if you have questions!

-Check on the download of Seven Stages and PS_MusicDriven, ingest to TMS if possible, both need to be watched through, if you can send it to TH5 in time
-Please check the cue sheets for the whole of next week (I checked Friday) - for the cue sheet review tomorrow morning. I wrote in the ending time differences on the printed film schedule for reference.
-schedule the movies for Sat and Sun
-Delete all you can at closing
-change snipes/marquee for new cinema week

-continue teching Where's a Body End? (it is also sitting in TH5 - first one out tonight) from 01:10:00 (it is just over 2 hrs long) don't worry about masking presentation, as it is showing in TH1. When I watched it in there with the 1.78 lens and masking, it looked great.

-Everything is all set up and has been teched for Spoons tonight. Nellie, Michael, and Alec are all up to speed as well.
-The wireless mic set up in TH1 has been changed. I left Alec details for this evening, but I will type up instructions and re-draw the signal diagram as well as type up a Spoons tutorial and post on the mac desktop (to be added to the manual) by tomorrow. Chris, I can run this down for you visually as well during the staff screening on Friday, since you have a Q&A in TH1 on Monday.
-downloaded and tested the Vox spotify playlist in TH2

-We got more Emma posters and Run

-Seven Stages...Bliss is downloading onto projection mac from EVO
- My first attempt to ingest PS_SE_MusicDriven failed. Deleted it from the projection server and started downloading from EVO again
-Ingested the MD/BK slide
-Ingested the Gen midnite and Rep from the projection mac servers for this week

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
