-Michael Ran our big ol event in T2 and hi res while I aided as best as I could. Whole thing went swimmingly.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):N/A

Ordering/Receiving (content):
-Brought in KDM for The Invisible Man and Fantastic Fungi,  there is only one kdm file for Fungi and it's name only mentions "Screen1" whereas the film will live exclusively on Screen 2 but I'm guessing this is more to do with the small nature of the movie's release than any oversight in scheduling.

-KDM also arrived for Lost Girls and The Hunt but I only caught their arrival as I was headed out the door after I had powered the servers down so they failed to ingest. The ZIP files can be found in the downloads folder in finder under the names "Lost Girls First Week" and "The Hunt First Week".

 -Received New KDM for 1917 that was labeled as being needed for our last show on 3/12 but the old KDM claims validity thru 2am 3/13 so I did not ingest it.

-Ingested The Hunt and Swallow. They await teching in T6.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):
-Packed up and deleted Rebecca.

 -Deleted Showtime content.

 Print/video Inspection: Nothing unlocked tonight so sadly N/A

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
-Added KDM info for Invisible Man  and Lost Girls.

Maintenance/cleaning:
-I believe I succeeded in rounding up all of our cables in Hi-Rez after the party was over. There is one orange extension cord draped over a chair to dry off before being put back in the power bin.

-Tomorrow looking fine.

-Took down Showtime's promo and put up "The Adventures of Prince Achmed with Live Score! 3/18" and "Where Does A Body End? with Q&A 3/12" on the 15th st side.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
