To do this evening/ was completed:
-Carried out IMS deletions.

Presentation Issues:
-TMS couldn't find Proj Mac Server, even after a reboot, brought in the Wendy preshow via DCP II.

-Could not get HI or VI in T2 for either Wendy or Onward which makes me thnk we may have a signal problem in there. Tried multiple receivers, CCAP works fine tho.

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
-Added light and volume cues to Onward & Wendy.

Trailer Updates:N/A

Special Events/ AV set up:
-Trivia went well, but sound was oddly muted even with knob 8 cranked to max and the macbook in question at full blast also. Had to drive up the gain and output knobs to get a decent sound level but this meant sitting in hi-res through the whole game to turn everything down when the mic was used to prevent feedback. Possibly just my lack of experience with audio showing.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
-Got some posters and lobby cards in for The Climb.

Print/video Inspection:
Tech'd Onward, set feature for 5.3, there is a Simpsons short attached to the beginning of it that is mixed a bit quieter than the film itself but it's free of dialogue and entirely music-driven so no real problem there.

 -Tech'd Wendy and her preshow. I'm setting the film pretty loud, 5.8 as so much of it is quiet/whispery and the mix is clearly meant to rumble your seat. Preshow seems unusually loud, may want to set it below 3.5 but I'll leave that for a second set of ears.

-Leaving Once Were Brothers for tomorrow night since it's not opening Thursday like the other two.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
