NPP Projection Report Thurs 6/3 Admin



To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: The center lights in T2 were acting up again today and were way too bright for preshow and credits, so I temporarily adjusted the channel presets so they stay off for preshow and credits (with the sconces and overhangs slightly brighter so there's still light in the theater) for tonight. I'll see if they are working normally tomorrow.

Set curtains in Theater 1 to scope for tonights shows of A Quiet Place.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Made new playlists for Thursday 6/10 without the In the Heights trailer and scheduled them.

I still can't connect to the EVO server to get new preshow content.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Paddington 2 private event in Theater 6 went off without a hitch, although for some reason the Multi-Channel Analog input wasn't working correctly. The left, right, and center speakers were extremely muffled when I tested the blu-ray, even after checking the connection behind the rack. No problem for the event though as we can also use the Digital 1 input for blu-rays. Hopefully this was simply caused by the wires that connect the blu-ray player to this input and not the input itself. I'll reconnect the 35mm projectors and test them out next chance I get.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): In the Heights should be arriving tomorrow.

Print/video Inspection: Checked the playlists for Conjuring and Spirit Untamed, they're good to go.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
