NPP Projection Report Wednesday 6/16

To do this evening/ was completed:

I adjusted the preshow lighting in all houses except 2, I'll adjust in there once the center lights are working properly again. In all other houses lights lower to the FULL setting (which was the setting throughout the whole preshow previously) for the welcome slides and then lower to the UP setting, which is dimmer but not so dim that reading the menu becomes difficult, right when the actual preshow starts. I also made some changes to the credit lighting as well; lights raise to the MID setting at the start of credits, then raise further to the UP setting at the start of the crawl, then to Cleaning when the movie finishes. Keep in mind there is no difference between MID and UP settings in houses 3, 5, and 7, as there are only two available dimmer settings in those houses, so this lighting change during credits only happens in houses 1, 2, 4, and 6. It's also worth noting that the Cleaning setting and FULL setting are the same in 3, 5, and 7 as well, so preshow lights only dim in those houses after the welcome slides. 

For building playlists, start with the usual DCP_Flat_1.85_PS pack at the beginning, then add a House Lts UP cue at the very beginning of the "40min" preshow clip. Then for credits put the House Lts MID cue at the Credits Start timecode on the feature, and the House Lts UP cue at the Crawl Start timecode.

One other minor change to playlists as well, I've started adding a Proj Dowser Close cue at the very end of the feature. Previously it was in the DCP_ShowEnd pack but I removed it, so don't forget to add it to the end of the feature when making future playlists. Going forward features should have 4 cues attached; volume at the very beginning, House Lts MID at the start of credits, House Lts UP at the start of the crawl, and Proj Dowser Close at the very end.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a new Adult trailer pack and show playlists for next Thursday and scheduled them.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordered posters for Hotel Transylvania 4.

Ordering/Receiving (content): F9 should be coming in on Friday, please ingest it straight away (both 5.1 and 7.1 files, you can delete the 5.1 when both are finished ingesting), and build and schedule the playlist with the 7.1 file for 6/24.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: Placed a request with DMS for more air filters for the Christies. I also asked how often we should be changing them. I'll set a recurring reminder once I know.

Re-taped the A/C interlock in theater 2's projector with electrical tape, so it should hold now until we get a replacement. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Finished cues for Thursday 6/24, except for F9 shows. When this is scheduled on Friday, please fill in the timing.

Updated cues and TMS schedule for the weekend after the early round was removed.

Marquee updated?: Added Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard to the front.

Posters updated?: Placed a "now showing" snipe above Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard
