NPP Projection Report Wed 7/7


To do this evening/ was completed: Moved Black Widow to the front of the marquee and took down Werewolves Within.  

Presentation Issues: Seems that the Stillwater trailer not playing in Theater 7 was due to the content not getting loaded from the TMS. Shouldn't happen again as the trailer has been loaded now.

The lights in T7 are sporadic, sometimes the sconses (Channel 2) will stay on after the House Lts Down cue has fired. For now, be in the booth when lights go down in TH7 and watch the wall mounted dimmer panel. If the green light next to Channel 2 remains lit after the house lights are supposed to go down, manually fire the House Lts Down cue and that should take of it.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: No new playlists needed this week. Friday 7/9 - Thurs 7/5 is scheduled.

Trailer Updates: No trailer updates needed this week

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up a mic in TH3 just in case the host wants one for their announcement before the feature, showed William how to use it. I also updated the playlist for a pause before the feature with an automated volume, mic input switch and a pause for them to make their remarks. Once they're ready for the feature, you just have to hit play and the lights will go down and the movie will start.

Update: Moved the mic to TH5 for the event; for some reason it wasn't working despite the cue being triggered and the volume raising to 8.0 on the sound processor. XLR cable connections were all correct. The host ended up speaking without one/never mentioned wanting to use it afterwards.

Maintenance/cleaning: Raised the preshow light setting in TH7 after a few servers said it was too dark. On second glance I thought the setting for TH3 was too bright, so I lowered it slightly, but not to the level it was at before.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
