NPP Projection Report Wednesday 7/21

To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the Roadrunner playlist.

Scheduled all Roadrunner shows and shows for Thursday 7/29, except the new titles.

Ingested the Generic v5 preshow and added it to all playlists which had the Generic v8 preshow which we've been using since we reopened.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): New Trail Mix drive came in.

Ordering/Receiving (content): The drive for Roadrunner came in and the content has been ingested.

Drives for Stillwater and Jungle Cruise should arrive on Friday. Tracking info is in the asset tracking doc.

The Green Knight is not available to order through EclairPlay yet. Let's keep checking and put in an order for it once we see it's available.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Did not get to tech Inside as I planned on because DCU sent the wrong keys. I got them to send the right ones after some back and forth but by that point all the theaters were open. I will tech this, along with Roadrunner and Cat Video Fest tomorrow before opening.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Filled in cues for Thursday 7/29. All that is missing from the cue sheets now is credit timing for Cat Video Fest, which will be filled in after teching tomorrow, and Stillwater/Jungle Cruise/Green Knight which we don't have content for yet.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
