To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built new "Adult" and "Teen" trailer packs without the Shang-Chi trailer for next week.

Built new first run playlists with these packs and scheduled them for Thurs. 9/2.

Built and scheduled the Shang-Chi playlist.

Trailer Updates: 

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): We got posters for Journal for Jordan, a December release.

Not sure what happened with my order of Cry Macho one sheets so I placed another request through IMoxie.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Shang-Chi drive came in, feature has been ingested.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): UPS picked up out outgoing drives.

Cleared IMS servers of obsolete feature files as some were getting pretty full. Part of the weekly projection digest will be a schedule for deleting files from IMS servers so they are as clear as possible at all times.

Print/video Inspection: Teched the Mulholland Drive playlist, it's ready to go,

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes.

Maintenance/cleaning: Updated firmware, security manager, and software on the Theater 1 IMS server.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes, filled in all timing for Thursday 9/2.

Marquee updated?:

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a show playlist for Interstellar (all this needs is a volume cue which can be added once the film is tech'd) Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Taking Off screening in theater 1 went really well Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Jawbreaker keys were downloaded and ingested Downloaded and ingested the "Antonias Line" trailer for the Boxcar Bertha pre-show Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Taking Off after the screening and placed all reels back on their shipping reels/in their canisters (also reached out the necessary parties at DHL and NBC/Universal to schedule a pickup) Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated information for a few titles this upcoming week Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed Taking Off and added letters for  Boxcar Bertha  to the 3
