To do this evening/ was completed: I think we can safely say the dimmer issue in 7 is resolved, but maybe keep an eye on it for a few more nights just in case.

Presentation Issues: The show playlist for the first round in Theater 2 loaded but paused itself at the beginning. Updating the software obviously hasn't prevented this glitch completely, however I can remember this happening in Theater 2 as long as I've been working here, just not as frequently as it was just before the software was upgraded. I'm guessing the update will make this happen less frequently but we should still keep an eye on Theater 2 to make sure all shows start on time.

For some reason, Source 7 on the processor for the house speakers stopped working. I connected the iPad to Source 8 with an RCA - 1/8" cable which fixed the problem.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a new Adult trailer pack for 9/9. I did not make new first run playlists with this pack yet, I will make them this Thursday when the 8/26 playlists can be deleted.

Built and scheduled playlists for staff screenings of Shang-Chi and Mulholland Drive.

Trailer Updates: 

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): I pulled the Roadrunner poster out of the archive tube, we can put it up when we change posters later this week, we just have to remember to put it back in an archive tube once it comes down.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Roadrunner DCP drive should be arriving via UPS tomorrow. Keys are being delivered tonight at midnight.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Watched through the Anniversary 2k1 preshow for sound levels, there are no problems with it.

Teched Mulholland Drive again with the programming team,

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes, updated with drive and key delivery info for Roadrunner and The Card Counter.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Built cue sheets for next week. They are filled in for 9/3-9/8, and filled in preshow/showtime/lights down for 9/9. Timing for this date will be completed once new playlists are built and scheduled.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
