NPP Projection Report Tuesday 8/3

To do this evening/ was completed: Keep an eye on the lights down cues in Theater 7.

Second round F9 in Theater 6 is a manual start. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built new playlists for next week.

Trailer Updates: Ingested trailers for Dune, The Eyes of Tammy Faye, Addams Family 2, and Shang-Chi.

Built the Adult trailer pack 8/6 (removed Annette, added Eyes of Tammy Faye), and 8/12 (removed Respect, added Shang-Chi).

Built the Teen trailer pack for 8/12 (removed Respect and Free Guy, added Shang-Chi and Dune)

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested the Annette DCP from Eclair.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Drives for F9 and In the Heights are ready to be picked up by UPS.

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Changed the bulb in theater 3's projector.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Built cue sheets for Friday 8/6 -Thursday 8/12. Only missing timing for Annette, Respect, and Free Guy. Eclair gives no credit offset for Annette so we won't be able to update timing until our keys are delivered/live and we can tech it.

Projection Admin 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
