NPP Projection Report 9/2



To do this evening/ was completed: Marquee changes in the Weekend Review email sent out to projection.

Jungle Cruise and Protege posters should come down as well, put up Roadrunner in the Jungle Cruise spot and place Dear Evan Hansen in the empty case on the 14th street side with a Coming Soon snipe.

Check on What She Said ingest and let me know if it completes successfully.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built first run playlists for the trailer changes on 9/9 and scheduled them.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): New Trail Mix drive came in.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Content for the private event on 9/9 was dropped off. The ingest failed however after 80 minutes. I'm trying it one more time and if it doesn't work I'll write the hosts about the issue.

The Card Counter DCP should be arriving tomorrow.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Jungle Cruise, Protege, and old Trail Mix drives are ready for pickup by UPS.

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: Replaced a bulb in Theater 3 ceiling which wasn't dimming with the others.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes, filled in the 9/9 sheet as well.

Marquee updated?: Yes, added Shang-Chi to the front and replaced Mulholland Drive with the Poet's Table text on the 14th street side.

Posters updated?: Added a Now Showing snipe above the Shang-Chi poster.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
