NPP Projection Report 10/13

To do this evening/ was completed: Intro in Theater 3.

Keep an eye on lights down in Theater 7.

Take Tales of the Hood down from the 14th street marquee and put up House of Wax.

Add The Last Duel to the front of the marquee and put a now showing snipe above the poster.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added the 10/15 NPP forecast to 10/14 playlists.

Built new first run playlists for trailer changes on 10/21 and scheduled them.

Converted all preshows/trailers/advertisements/slides for NewFest to DCP and ingested them to TMS.

Trailer Updates: Built new teen and adult trailer packs for 10/21 with Dune replaced with Spider-Man: No Way Home and French Dispatch replaced with Spencer, respectively.

Special Events/ AV set up: Teched everything for Tales from the Hood tonight: mic, spotlights, trailers, intro slide, and feature. Mixer and mic are preset, and the mixer is already plugged into the wall and connected to the CP750 in the booth. Just turn on the mixer and plug in the mic, I left the volume as it was during the tech today, and turn on the spots for the intro.

Jack was here to go over the setup for Spoons today, most things are preset (light board, converter for the laptop connection, PA speakers) except mics and the mixer which is in Theater 3 for the intro tonight. I’ll preset the mixer with 3 mics and XLR cables before opening tomorrow.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received a new Trail Mix drive

Ordering/Receiving (content): The House of Wax print came in.

John got through to Paramount about Truth or Dare, the drive is being expedited and should arrive tomorrow.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Tales from the Hood tech check in Theater 3.

Teched The Last Duel playlist, it’s all set.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Replaced batteries in the Theater 3 spotlights and their remote control. For reference, the spots use 3 AAs and the remote uses 1 CR2505.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked over cue sheets for the whole week, 10/15-10/21. All first run shows (except early openings on the 21st) are set, timing for NewFest shows will be completed tomorrow when playlists are built, House of Wax will be teched and updated on Friday.

Projection Admin 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
