To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Updated the schedule for the private Dune screening in Theater 6 tomorrow, it was previously scheduled to have preshow start at 9:05 and the movie at 9:35. I moved preshow to 9:30 and the movie to 10:00 per the event memo.

Ingested the updated French Dispatch preshow and added it to the playlist.

Built and scheduled the Muppet Movie playlist.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Private Amazon movie premiere with Q&A. Everything went smoothly.

Fear 35mm screening with intro in Theater 6. Both the intro and the screening went great!

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested keys for Last Night in Soho and The Velvet Underground. Both can be teched tomorrow.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Both the Gothika and Fear prints are on their shipping reels and in the cans ready to be returned. Gothika came with FedEx return labels so I’ll try and have them pick it up when they deliver The Ring tomorrow. Fear came from DHL and didn’t have any labels so Ill have to look into returning that one.

Print/video Inspection:

Maintenance/cleaning: Fixed the take up belt on 35mm projector #2 in Theater 6.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes, updated timing for the private event tomorrow.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
