Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled the Spencer playlist.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The Ring 35mm screening with intro in Theater 1. Both the intro and the screening went great! I rewound the print back onto the shipping reels and attached the return label to the box. I’ll make sure this gets picked up by FedEx next week.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Spencer from Eclair.

Placed an order for the Ammonite DCP through Eclair.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting the Foxy Brown print. Condition is the same as the first three reels, dirty and scratchy with false cues. All reels have grease cues drawn on for changeovers.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes, added info for Spencer.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked over for tomorrow.

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?: Set aside a Titane poster for someone who requested it. It's in a labelled tube on the wood shelf in 3/7.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
