NPP Projection Report 10/5


To do this evening/ was completed: Build and schedule the No Time to Die playlist when the ingest finishes and update cue sheets.

Ingest keys for No Time to Die when they are delivered.

Ingest Moonrise Kingdom and build the playlist.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Ingested new preshow content uploaded by Kris.

Trailer Updates: Added the Possessor trailer to the Titane trailer pack.

Special Events/ AV set up: Trivia in Hi-res, usual setup.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Possessor and No Time to Die. Built and scheduled the playlist for Possessor, No Time to Die came well into the afternoon and lots of content was already queued to ingest to TMS and to the theater servers so the ingest is going very slowly.

We also got the drive for Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, which will be ingested in the next few days. One thing to note about this content is that it comes with a mysterious bonus at the end, bringing the run time to over 2 hours and 45 minutes. We should be able to skip this, however, by adding a "Server Skip to Next Clip" cue before the bonus content starts.

Ingested keys for Possessor, they activate tomorrow at 10am.

Keys for No Time to Die will be delivered at 7pm this evening.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Teched the NewFest shorts program Brief Encounters with Desmond. He made some notes on volume but otherwise all content is good to go. The program Beyond the Binary is ready to be teched in Theater 2 tomorrow.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes, updated for Possessor and No Time to Die shows. Cues for 10/8 - 10/14 started as well.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
