NPP Projection Report 10/7


To do this evening/ was completed: NewFest marquee, and add Lamb to the front towards the end of the night.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled playlists for Harry Potter (see the note about teching this one) and Psycho Goreman.

Added the new NPP Forecast trailer to all preshows.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Converted the video for the private event on Monday to DCP and ingested it. I also made a slide with the Nitehawk logo which should come in handy for the start of this event as well as the Psycho Goreman intro, this has been ingested to the TMS as well.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Psycho Goreman and sent to Theater 2.

Keys for Moonrise Kingdom were delivered, they open tonight at midnight so I'll tech it tomorrow.

Ingested keys for Harry Potter, which do not open until 12am on Sunday, so this will need to be teched Sunday morning. I'll point this out in person but keep in mind we need to add a cue toward the end of the feature to skip the bonus content at the end.

Similarly Dune keys are being delivered tomorrow morning at 8am, but they don't open until 8am on Sunday, so this will also need to be teched on Sunday morning.

Ingested Under My Skin and Homebody to be teched tomorrow.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Teched the Queer Fear NewFest shorts program, as well as shorts The Young King and Joychild and feature Firstness.

Teched No Time to Die and Lamb playlists, both are good to go.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: 

Maintenance/cleaning: Ran the LampLOC auto adjustment in Theater 5 and it didn't have any effect on the flicker, there's not much else I know of to try and this lamp was just changed, so this will need to be addressed by DMS ASAP.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes, checked through the weekend.

Marquee updated?: Took down The Green Knight, Nowhere Inn, Eyes of Tammy Faye, and Candyman from the front and put up No Time to Die.

Posters updated?: Moved all now showing posters over to the south facing side of the building and put up Lamb, Last Night in Soho, Spencer, and Eternals with coming soon snipes on the 14th street side.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
