To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled a playlist for the private event in Theater 4 tomorrow evening.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Never Talk to Strangers 35mm screening with intro in Theater 6. This went smoothly! The print is back on the shipping reels/cores and in the box, a Sony courier is coming to pick it up tomorrow. Mixer, mics, and cables returned to respective bins in 4/6.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received a new Trail Mix drive, as well as a new Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer on a thumb drive. The Spider-Man trailers were all scope so I didn't ingest them. Ingested a new trailer for C’mon C’mon from the drive.

Received posters for Once Upon a Time in China.

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Scheduled a pick up for The Ring and Fear prints with FedEx for tomorrow.

Also printed the UPS label for the Foxy Brown print. I’ll try and catch them if they come tomorrow and hand this off.

Print/video Inspection: Desmond sent me a file of Soul Food to convert to DCP for Williamsburg. I left the conversion running overnight and will upload it to Google Drive for Joe tomorrow.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Finally got tracking for The Vast of Night. The delivery estimate is tomorrow at 10:30am. Will ingest it to Theater 4 as soon as it arrives.

Added tracking for a few other titles. Note that the drive we're receiving for Love Actually also includes How The Grinch Stole Christmas which is booked for December, so we'll hang onto it until that screens.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked for the weekend, timing updated for the private event tomorrow and The Vast of Night.

Marquee updated?: Added The Power of the Dog to the front.

Posters updated?: Put a now showing snipe above The Power of the Dog and hung up a poster for Once Upon a Time in China outside.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projectors off for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by TH5?: Occurred to me after I left that I forgot to move the cart, I’ll bring it out first thing tomorrow morning so FedEx sees it.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
