Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Ingested the new NPP forecast and added it to next week’s playlists.

Downloaded preshow content and transitionals from Dropbox. Of these, I ingested a bunch of tip PSAs which are good for padding out the preshow to 30 minutes as they range in length from 15 - 45 seconds. Just make sure to watch them first to be sure they’re appropriate. The ones I’ve seen which are good are Warhol, Frankenstein, and FrodoSam.

Trailer Updates: Ingested the Rom-Coms of Christmas trailer and added it to all first run playlists.

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): 

Ordering/Receiving (content): Got a file of Serendipity from Desmond which I’ve started converting to a DCP.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Cleared obsolete playlists and content from IMS servers.

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):

Marquee updated?: Put up the text for the marquee rental on the 15th street side, then took it down and put The American Astronaut back up once the photo shoot finished.

Posters updated?: Put a now showing snipe above the Once Upon a Time in China poster.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projectors off for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by TH5?: Staying in 3/7 for the weekend.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
