Ordering/Receiving (content): The DCP drive of Sing 2 was sent to Williamsburg by mistake, John will bring it over on Monday. I also reached out to Deluxe to check on keys since they still haven't added the title to our online portal.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Looked at the second reel of Fun to tech check on Monday. Still dirty and scratched.

Looked at the Fleshtone copies we got as well, unfortunately they are all 35mm soundtrack masters so there is no image on any of the prints. We got three boxes with magnetic 2 and 4 track masters and one box with a negative of the optical soundtrack. Obviously none of this is useful for a screening. I emailed Cristina about it, hopefully the distributor has something else they can send (and if so could probably use some guidance on what we actually need). Hoping to send these soundtracks back as soon as possible too.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Some showtimes were wrong for today and tomorrow, these were updated in an email a few days ago when the Nightmare Alley runtime was updated in FilmBot and I forgot to change them the following day after receiving the update, I'm very sorry for this oversight. As soon as I noticed I radioed to MOD about my mistake and changed the cues for tonight and tomorrow and updated the schedule. The showtime that was changed for Thursday was already updated since I had William check Wednesday and Thursday when Conrad sent out the new schedule last night.

Checked cues and schedule for the rest of the week.

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?: Cleared some posters from the caddy and put current ones in a tube for the archive. Also added several more posters to the trivia section.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
