NPP Projection Report 12/21 Admin


To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added the Sing 2 feature to the playlist and scheduled it.

Downloaded new preshow content from the drive and made updated playlists for Friday. Scheduled these and updated cue sheets.

Trailer Updates: Made new trailer packs for 12/24, the only difference from the trailer assignments we got for this week is the Minions trailer in place of Rumble in the PG trailer pack, the Trail Mix drive does not have the Rumble trailer on it.

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Deluxe will be sending a new drive with an updated Licorice Pizza DCP, we will need to ingest this one and add it to our playlist because they will not be issuing keys for the initial version. They are shipping the drive via FedEx overnight, so it should be here tomorrow.

Ingested the keys for the new version of Licorice Pizza, and new keys for West Side Story and House of Gucci.

Inquired about tracking for the Sleepy Hollow print, I will add it to the asset doc once I receive it.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Cleared the existing Licorice Pizza DCP from the TMS and packed up the drive to return.

Scheduled a pickup for the Eyes Wide Shut print, the print is ready to go back on the cart in 3/7.

Print/video Inspection: Teched both Sing 2 and Matrix Resurrections playlists, brought the volume for Matrix up to 6.0, and added a crawl time for Sing 2.

Looked at the Switchblade Sisters DCP, it looks and sounds great. Info added to the asset doc.

Started inspecting Mermaids, the print is in good shape despite a faint vinegar smell. Should look and sound very good!

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Showtimes for Christmas Day changed, these have been updated on the cue sheets and TMS schedule.

Cues finished through Thursday 12/30.

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?: Took down House of Gucci and The French Dispatch, moved Nightmare Alley and The Matrix to their spots. Brought Licorice Pizza and Sing 2 outside and hung Uncharted and Morbius in the lobby.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
