NPP Projection Report 12/30 Admin


To do this evening/ was completed: Replaced the Uncharted poster in the lobby with The 355.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Scheduled the playlist for Inspector Ike.

Have not made the playlist for the Sleepy Hollow preshow as the preshow clip for the Ricci series is not yet on the Google Drive.

Scheduled shows in Theaters 4 & 6 for Tuesday 1/4-Thursday 1/6.

Trailer Updates: Updated the PG-13 12/31 trailer pack with the new The Batman trailer.

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): The 355 DCP came in, just ingest and don’t build the playlist since we don’t have the preshow/trailer assignments for this one yet.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Packed up a few drives for return.

Print/video Inspection: Inspected Sleepy Hollow, which is in pretty good shape despite some platter scratches throughout, and one busted shipping reel which had chewed up the very end of the tail on the 5th reel. I had to cut off about a half a foot from the end and taped the shipping reel back together so it should be fine for projection and the shipping reel can be used to return it.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: Unpacked most of our new Goldberg reels in Theater 1’s booth, the remaining reels will go up to 4/6 to use for prints playing in these houses (or if we need extra for 1, which for next month is likely).

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes, cues updated for Inspector Ike, Sleepy Hollow (missing credits start, will add after I can time them), and STB After Dark.

“HI/VI/CCAP” had been input for every screening on next weeks cue sheets including special events. While the majority of first run DCPs will have all three (though sometimes they won’t), most DCPs of rep titles and any 35mm or Blu-Ray screening will not have any, so don’t automatically fill this in for events. If the screening is DCP you can always check the naming of the file, it will include any assisted listening tracks or closed captions present. For other formats you can always just put “None” in this section.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
