NPP Projection Report 12/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Deleted Scrooged and Belfast content from TMS; began building the schedule for the upcoming week and updating cue sheets

Presentation Issues: AC interlock alarm in theater 1; ICP connection was lost in theater 1 around 5:30 but this did not affect the show that was playing when the alarm was triggered (hard reboot resolved the issue)

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a show playlist for Don't Look Up and Being the Ricardos (credit offset times are not known, this will have to be inspected and added to the asset logs/cue sheets); also updated trailers on House of Gucci playlist for the upcoming week

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Trivia went smoothly

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received additional Spider-Man: No Way Home and The Matrix Resurrections posters and Don't Look Up one sheets

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received TrailMix 12/10 and It's a Wonderful Life DCPs and updated the asset tracking log; ingested keys for The Best Man Holiday, Elf, Don't Look Up, West Side Story and The French Dispatch; re-ingested Being the Ricardos content as the ingest attempt yesterday failed (the download from EclairPlay had not completed by the time I arrived this afternoon, it was around 60% completion)

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Moved 35mm print case stored behind 3/7 to the cart by theater 5 for scheduled FedEx pick up tomorrow

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
