To do this evening/ was completed: Ingested Red Rocket from EclairPlay and keys for BelleLicorice PizzaScreamSing 2, and West Side Story; removed the staff screening playlist of The Tragedy of Macbeth from TMS and servers 3 and 4

I had some technical difficulties ingesting the Scream and updated generic preshows this afternoon; it failed to upload through the desktop/ingest from the DCPII drive so I tried ingesting it directly to the IMS in theater 1 but it could not recognize the file -- I am not sure if it is missing file elements or if there is something corrupted in the files themselves (update: I have since restarted the TMS to see if this assists in allowing the files to ingest properly -- the reboot was unsuccessful)

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist:

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Took out Red Rocket posters from the trivia shelf to hang in the lobby

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Tech screened Paid in Full with Desmond this afternoon; there seems to be some compression pixellation in the darker parts of the image throughout (either from the DCP conversion process or from the file itself being an internet rip) which is fairly noticeable but Desmond didn't mind

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Began working on cue sheets for the week but have not yet scheduled any shows as we are anticipating new preshow content to be uploaded to the Google drive this evening

Marquee updated?: Letters for all upcoming first run titles were organized and set on the workbench in 3/7

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?:

Projectors off for the night?:

Projection cart by TH5?: Yes

Nest:

Additional Notes: Accidentally broke one of the port windows in booth 6 (the pin was not fully engaged and it toppled over); Alec asked Matthew about spares but I could not find any in theaters 1 or 2 so I used the spare pane of glass on top of theater 4's projector to stick the foam lining and pin handle to for the time being - it seems to be holding up well

Soundtrack app on the 4/6 booth iPad keeps crashing; in addition to this the iPad itself will not keep a charge and is dying despite being connected to the charging cable and the screen displaying the connection (update: Jesse brought up one of the server iPads and downloaded the Soundtrack app; lobby music is now playing from this device for the time being)
