Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a playlist for the Now and Then preshow and scheduled it for Saturday and Sunday.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The Single White Female 35mm screening in Theater 6 went great! Cables, mics, and mixer are back in their respective bins in 4/6.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed shipping labels for the Switchblade Sisters DCP and CS Blues digibeta tape and placed both packages on the cart. I’ve scheduled a FedEx pickup of both for tomorrow.

Cleared Nightmare Alley and The 355 from all servers and packed up the drives to return. Also deleted the English dub of Belle as we are no longer showing it after today’s first round.

The Single White Female print is wound back onto its shipping reels and packed away in the box as well. I assume the courier will be coming back to pick this up, will confirm with Sony tomorrow morning.

Print/video Inspection: Began inspecting Purple Rain, this print looks to be in really good condition.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Made a bunch more copies of the print inspection report. Left most of them in the folder in booth 1 and a few in booth 4/6.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Updated timing for Now and Then screenings this weekend.

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?:

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
