To do this evening/ was completed: Please update the TMS schedule with the 010722 playlists, if these new playlists have different end times than the ones previously scheduled be sure to update the cue sheet as well.

Ingest Paid in Full to TH6 server from the DCPII drive.

Take Sleepy Hollow off the front of the marquee and add Casper with dates.

Presentation Issues: The shaky image from projector #2 in Theater 1 has returned, details below.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Ingested all new preshow and trailer content for the week, built new trailer packs and first run playlists.

Built the Tragedy of Macbeth playlist as well.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Sleepy Hollow 35mm screening with intro in Theater 1. Projector #2 definitely needs to be looked at, the jittery image was very apparent tonight even though the gate wasn’t loose at all. This wasn’t an issue when I looked at the print yesterday, though William did point it out during the tech today. I tried adjusting the lens and tightening the intermittent before the preshow started but this didn’t do anything. I wrote to DMS about it, hopefully they can make a visit soon. I’ll also keep troubleshooting things on my own.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Started encoding Paid in Full to DCP, it should be finished sometime tomorrow morning.

Ingested keys for The 355, they open Thursday 1/6 at midnight.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
