Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Made and ingested the Moonstruck slide, updated the playlist and cue sheets.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The Earth Girls screening in Theater 1 went quite well. The jitter on projector #2 is resolved, though I did notice the image appears to wobble very faintly, mostly at the sides. It’s not showstopping, and though it’s possible this is a remnant of the jitter issue it seems to be separate. I replaced the studio guide that DMS removed from the trap and will come in early to test it tomorrow and see if this helps.

Double checked the cable connection in Trees Lounge and Theater 1, both are good to go for the Super Bowl tomorrow.

Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting Shattered, the print is in pretty terrific shape. For some reason reels 2 and 4 had more vertical base scratches than the others, likely these reels were ran through a projector which scratched it during a changeover show. They are light enough that they shouldn’t really show on screen.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
