To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloaded/ingested new preshow content and trailers for the coming week from Google Drive.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up the laptop connection on the stage in Theater 2 for the event on Wednesday. Adjusted the screen file for the channel slightly so it’s ready to go.

The Love & Basketball screening in Theater 6 went smoothly. The print is packed up and ready to back with return labels attached. I’ll schedule a pickup for it tomorrow.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received an email from Deluxe that UPS attempted to deliver the Sweet Sweetback DCP drive but they could not access the theater. I told them to try again tomorrow when I’ll be in.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Starman and School Daze prints were picked up.

Print/video Inspection: Began inspecting the Lost Boys print. Looks to be in good shape, though still a bit scratchy and some splices throughout.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added tracking for the Baby Boy DCP, it’s coming tomorrow.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Projection Admin 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a show playlist for Interstellar (all this needs is a volume cue which can be added once the film is tech'd) Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Taking Off screening in theater 1 went really well Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Jawbreaker keys were downloaded and ingested Downloaded and ingested the "Antonias Line" trailer for the Boxcar Bertha pre-show Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Taking Off after the screening and placed all reels back on their shipping reels/in their canisters (also reached out the necessary parties at DHL and NBC/Universal to schedule a pickup) Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated information for a few titles this upcoming week Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed Taking Off and added letters for  Boxcar Bertha  to the 3
