NPP Projection Report 2/21 Close


To do this evening/ was completed: Finished reorganizing the VHS Vault folders, while there was no porno in the All Ages folder (I think someone must have mistakenly played the After Hours content during an early round), there was some in the After Hours folder, which had been moved to an “X Rated” folder. As previously mentioned, there was a lot of stuff in the All Ages folder which shouldn’t have been, it’s all in After Hours now. I added the X Rated folder to the Plex and rescanned the content for all folders so all my reorganizing is reflected on the app. I also pinned all three folders to the sidebar on Plex for easy access, previously only the After Hours folder was pinned.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Preshow in next week’s R rated first run playlists were a bit too long so I removed the Stub PSA.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The HBO event in Theater 2 went smoothly. I did discover that the inputs for the extra two wired mics were mislabeled on the rack mixer, they were labeled 5 and 6 though these are actually connected to inputs 7 and 8. I noticed this well before the Q&A so it didn’t cause any problems. I fixed the label on the rack mixer as well. Cables and mics are back in their bins in 4/6.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Oscar Shorts Live Action and Animated DCPs to the TMS.

Received the Selena DCP drive, we can hold off on ingesting this until after the Kaguya screenings in Theater 3 this weekend.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Left The Lost Boys print on the cart, a Fedex pickup is scheduled for it for tomorrow.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
