NPP Projection Report 2/23 Close



To do this evening/ was completed: Removed Sweetback and The Dark Crystal from T1 and T2 servers. Turntable setup in Trees Lounge was left to Jesse at the end of the night. I checked in a few times towards midnight and eventually asked Jesse around 12:05 if he could break things down. He said it was no problem for him to break down the turntable and return it to 3/7. I told him the XLR cables are ours as well and to leave them with the equipment in 3/7.

Presentation Issues: Few slight notes about the 35mm screening in T1: During the lead up to reel 6, I forgot to close the lens turret. As I hit the changeover, the screen went black. I recognized my mistake immediately and got picture back on screen. Black screen for about 2-3 seconds.

During the credits of the film, I could see text beneath the bottom of the screen--wasn't prominent in any sense but it was there. This was coming from Projector 1.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
