To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled a preshow playlist for the Starman screenings this weekend, and built and scheduled the Howls Moving Caslte playlist.

Watched the “Fan Thank You” clip for Jackass Forever, and it makes direct mention of the bonus content after the movie, so I added it to tonight’s playlist only.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up Spoons in Theater 1. Mic input is all set for the laptop audio, you should just need to plug Michael’s laptop in when getting everything out for the show. Mixer is set up under the curtain with three mics connected, all volume knobs are set except the master, turn that up 3/4 of the way after putting the mics on stands. The spotlight control board is set up as well, just turn both power strips on under the curtain.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Death on the Nile DCP came and has been ingested to the TMS.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): The Casper print was picked up.

Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting Earth Girls Are Easy. The print shows its age but should still look pretty good on screen. Last few reels were slightly vinegary, and all had bad cue marks, though they shouldn’t make changeovers too difficult, as the cues to look for are the first ones to appear, and the sections with bad cues are spaced out enough that it will be obvious which is the motor start and which is the changeover cue.

Teched Jackass Forever, Moonfall, and Howl’s Moving Castle playlists. All are ready to go.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes updated entries for Death on the Nile and Marry Me, which should be coming tomorrow.

Maintenance/cleaning: Received a shipment of compressed air, put a few cans in the cleaning supplies bin in 4/6 and the rest in booth 1.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes, checked over for today and tomorrow.

Marquee updated?: Took Flee, Red Rocket, and Tragedy of Macbeth down from the front and put up Moonfall and Jackass Forever.

Posters updated?: Flee closes tonight and Scream is down to two shows a day tomorrow, so I took down Flee and Scream posters outside and put up Moonfall and Jackass Forever posters in their place. Parallel Mothers is down to one show tomorrow so I’ll take that down and put up the Who We Are poster. Hung Marry Me and Death on the Nile posters in the lobby.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
