Special Events/ AV set up: Set up three mics in Theater 3 for the intro and Q&A tonight. Spotlight remote is in the box behind the curtain to the right of the screen. Playlist is ready to go as well. Left one mic stand under the curtain for the intro, they will need three chairs for the Q&A.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received a new Trail Mix drive.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested the DCP for the private event on 3/29 in Theater 2. The hosts watched the DCP in full along with a couple members of their crew. They had a few questions about the sound, mainly why there was no sound coming from the rear surround speakers and I told them that since it has a 5.1 mix those speakers would not be active. I ended up playing it quite loud for them at 8.0. Overall I think they were happy with it, though they said they may give us a new DCP with a 7.1 mix but will confirm/coordinate picking up their drive if they decide to do this.

DCPs for Steel Magnolias and Akira arrived. Ingested both to Theater 1, transferred Akira to Theater 2 for its encore screening on Thursday 3/24.

Downloaded and ingested the two updated DCPs to Theater 2 for the NSF encore programs this weekend.

The Careful print came in.

Started downloading the Inspector Ike DCP to our hard drive.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): The Showgirls print got picked up.

Print/video Inspection: Teched Manchurian Candidate and X playlists. Both are ready to go, added credit lights cues to X.

Inspected the first four (of six) reels of Careful, print is in overall pretty good condition although I had to repair a decent amount of torn sprocket holes in the third and fourth reels. Third reel is a good bit more scratched than the others, and there are splices throughout all reels. Lots of pretty big edge nicks in the third and fourth reels too, should go through the projector fine though as sprocket holes weren’t torn.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes, updated with inspection info for X and Careful. Updated entries for Akira and Steel Magnolias as well.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Updated credit times for all X screenings.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
