NPP Projection Report 3/19 Open


To do this evening/ was completed: I set aside a Batman poster for a prior event host who wanted to give on as a gift, it's in its own section of the caddy with the host's name labeled on the laminated sheet with all the titles written for each section. He will be coming to pick it up on Monday.

Special Events/ AV set up: The Doll Parts set before Steel Magnolias went well, the mics and their equipment is under the curtain for the setup tomorrow.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Checked on keys for Akira with Deluxe, they said they should be delivered tomorrow.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed and attached shipping labels for the Careful print, will schedule the FedEx pickup tomorrow so it can be returned on Tuesday following the screening.

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added tracking for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, it's coming on Monday. This is on a combo drive with the first four Harry Potter films.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
