NPP Projection Report 3/28 Admin

To do this evening/ was completed: Ran house checks in all auditoriums; thankfully there were no serious outstanding issues from last night's false alarm incident and everything is back in working order again

Presentation Issues: AC blower interlock alarm in theater 1; was able to get the lights in 3/7 working properly with Alec's help and ran a few cues to test the dimmer connectivity (they were stuck in their emergency setting overnight due to the fire alarm being tripped -- the same issue occurred in theater 5 at the start of the first round but was fixed as the film began)

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloaded and ingested additional pre-show content for Perfect; started building playlists for the upcoming week's programming (forecast content will need to be update tomorrow once Kat upload it to the drive and we are still waiting on Everything Everywhere All At Once feature content from Eclair -- not sure if a slide can be made/is needed specifically for the Perfect intro? Unless a generic Nitehawk slide will suffice in its place?)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received additional Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and The Lost City posters (placed the latter title into the trivia selection)

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Double checked the Deep Red playlist in theater 1; looks/sounds great

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Replaced wall light bulbs in theaters 3 and 7 (the bulb in 3 was noticeably dimmer than the one across the room from it and the light in 7 had gone out entirely)

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):

Marquee updated?: Removed past repertory titles/Oscars party letters and added Repo Man and Perfect with their corresponding screening dates

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?:

Projectors off for the night?:

Projection cart by TH5?:

Nest:

Additional Notes: One of the servers mentioned a good portion of the pre-show being too loud to speak to guests over and asked if it were possible that we lower the volume; wasn't sure exactly which clip/clips she was referring to but it couldn't hurt to bring the pre-show volume down a bit
