NPP Projection Report 4/13 Admin
Download and ingest Sundays on Fire (V2) 40min preshow clip.
Finish inspecting the Friday print.
Presentation Issues: Ran the channel ID test in Theater 1, no problems. Since I switched the power supplies last Friday, I’ll give it one more day of monitoring before writing to DMS that it’s officially the internal power supply that was the cause of the issue and we should get a new one.
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloaded and ingested California Love preshow and the 20min and 10min Sundays on Fire V2 preshow clips.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received a new Trail Mix drive.
Ordering/Receiving (content): Spoke to the Nat Geo reps about the content for their event in late May. They’ll be sending me a DCP through an Aspera link, probably sometime in the next few days or early next week.
Outgoing/Shipping (content): Snake Eyes print got picked up.
Print/video Inspection: Started inspecting Friday, it’s in good condition. The base side of the film is a bit scratched and the colors appear very slightly faded, though I couldn’t really tell if it’s just a warmer looking film. If it is faded it’s not enough to really affect the projected image badly. The first reel has a Dr. Dre music video at the beginning which I told Desmond about, we’ll definitely show it.
Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added tracking for The Bad Guys (coming tomorrow) and Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent (coming Friday 4/15).
Maintenance/cleaning: Cleaned lenses and port glass for theaters 3, 5, and 7. Managed to do 3 and 7 without moving the projector, cleaned the theater side of the glass from inside the theater with a long ladder. Since that side of the theater 5 window is inaccessible from pretty much anywhere but the booth, I had to shift the projector back to remove the window and clean it. Getting it back to a good spot was tricky since it’s such a cramped space, but I eventually got it and checked both flat and scope macros with the alignment DCP.
Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Filled in credit times for Sundays on Fire and House on Haunted Hill.
