NPP Projection Report 4/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Just before the last round in theater 4 began, I noticed that Ambulance and some of its  pre-show content had not been transferred to the projector server. This prevented me from starting the film on time - this last round was a manual start - so I started transferring the feature content from the TMS to it as quickly as possible. This did not move quickly enough for us to begin the feature at the scheduled time, however, and I contacted Alec about our live play options. I had begun playing a generic pre-show to allow the guests to finally sit (there was a crowd of 23 waiting for the room to open) but ultimately had to eject this in order to start live playback remotely. We ended up starting the feature 4 minutes behind its scheduled time and successfully transferred the film itself and the missing pre-show content in the process. I was in constant communication with Gerard during this and apologized for how the delay had affected the server's ability to take orders in a timely manner. Before leaving for the night I double checked that all of the content was on the projector server and scheduled a shutdown after the feature ended
