NPP Projection Report 4/26 Admin


To do this evening/ was completed: Build and schedule the Addams Family Values playlist, fill in timing on cue sheets.

Keep track of any features that automatically ingest, there should be a few tonight for Friday. Circle the servers on the whiteboard.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Updated the Bad Guys playlists for this week and next week with cues to raise the volume to 4.0 for preshow (3.8 for forecasts and PSAs), and 5.5 for the feature.

Built a playlist for the High Tide preshow with the live intro slide and the director’s video intro, scheduled for tomorrow night.

Scheduled everything for next week, except PG-13 and R playlists for Thursday 5/5 as the Doctor Strange trailer will need to be replaced.

Trailer Updates: We should be getting the Thor: Love and Thunder trailer on the new Trail Mix drive that’s coming tomorrow. Will add it to the PG trailer pack once it’s ingested. 

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received new posters for Downton Abbey, placed them in the caddy.

Ordering/Receiving (content): DCPs of Addams Family Values and Both Sides of the Blade (Fire) arrived. Ingested Addams Family to Theater 3 and Fire to Theater 6 for the cinema team to watch on Friday.

Received the prints of Drag Me to Hell, Blade, The Mask, and Watchmen. Brought all to booth 1 except for Blade which is in 4/6.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Arranged a pickup of Cat People and Babe: Pig in the City prints for tomorrow with DHL. They’re on the cart by the entrance with a note for the driver.

Print/video Inspection: Checked the Blade Runner playlist, it’s good to go for tonight.

Checked runtime and credits for Willie Dynamite for Shouting at the Screen on Thursday. Wrote that and all other info on a card taped to the blu-ray case.

Inspected the first four (of six) reels of Drag Me to Hell. Overall it’s in great shape, the only thing to mention is the third reel has slightly heavier base side scratches than the others.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes, added tracking for Born to Win, coming this Friday, and updated the entries for everything that arrived today.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Timed credits for High Tide and filled them in on the cue sheet for tomorrow.

Double checked cue sheets for next week and filled in all start and end credits times, including all films for 5/5 as runtimes will be the same.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
