Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Made a point of listening to The Bad Guys preshow and feature with the more crowded weekend audiences, I think it sounds good at the volume I have it set to in the playlist.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Placed a copy of the STB setup guide under the curtain in Theater 1 and taped another copy to the wall in the booth.

Print/video Inspection: Took down all info for the blu-ray for the Our Vision Media private event except volumes for each of the shorts. All four shorts are in one title/chapter on the blu-ray and it has no menu. Wrote down timecode for the start and end of each short, there is about 30 seconds of black and silence between each one. The first is in a different ratio than. the others so we can at least change the projector macro and masking during the first break.

Finished inspecting The Mask, the rest of the print is in great shape.

Began inspecting the Watchmen print as well, though we’ll have to hold off on inspecting the rest until after the Millionaires’ Express screening as we’re reaching the end of our supply of house reels and we’ll need them for Millionaires’ and Videodrome which are both screening before Watchmen.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
