NPP Projection Report 4/5 Admin

To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: AC Blower interlock alarm in theater 1; Dolby house ID check completed with no issues 

All of the content was wiped again from the scheduler for theater 1 on the TMS this afternoon. This happened around 2PM. Currently rebooting the TMS and will reschedule the content for the day and/or week as needed (this glitch is affecting scheduling for the upcoming week as well; also worth noting that whenever I place a title on the scheduler and refresh the page it displays the wrong film? I'm not sure how or why this happens)

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloaded and ingested the updated forecast pre-show content and added it to next week's show playlists

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Posters for Men were delivered  

Ordering/Receiving (content): Sonic the Hedgehog 2 DCP was delivered and ingested; show playlist was also built and added to the scheduler

Projection Admin 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
