To do this evening/ was completed: Move Sonic poster outside, can replace either X or The Lost City. Add the title to the marquee. Fantastic Beasts poster can go up as coming soon in the lobby.

Presentation Issues: Ran the channel ID test in Theater 1, alignment was fine.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Seems every time the Theater 1 restarts now it erases the schedule, so I only scheduled for today. The TMS was also showing the wrong playlists, the first two rounds are correct but Lord of the Rings is showing up as Morbius and the Shutdown as Perfect preshow on the TMS. Correct playlists are showing on the schedule on the IMS server for Theater 1, and the runtimes on the TMS schedule are correct despite it showing the wrong playlist names so the correct content should play. Playlists/content are all loaded to Theater 1 for the week, so we’ll be OK scheduling day by day for now. I’ve written to DMS about this and also reminded them about our sound processor issue in this theater.

Built and scheduled the Ambulance playlist.

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received a new Trail Mix drive.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ambulance DCP and Snake Eyes, They Live, Cat People, and Babe: Pig in the City prints all came in. Ingested Ambulance to the TMS.

Ingested keys for Ambulance, these keys and keys for Sonic open tonight at midnight so they can both be teched tomorrow before opening.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Perfect and Wild Things prints got picked up.

Print/video Inspection: Checked the Lord of the Rings playlist, it’s good to go.

Inspected Snake Eyes and They Live prints, both are in excellent condition.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added runtime and credits info for They Live and Snake Eyes.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Updated timing for Ambulance shows.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
