NPP Projection Report 4/9 Close
To do this evening/ was completed:
Presentation Issues: No sound issues in Theater 1.
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built playlists for They Live and Snake Eyes preshows. Ingested the They Live playlist to Theater 1 as it will only get erased if I schedule it. Scheduled the Snake Eyes preshow in Theater 4.
Downloaded and ingested Fantastic Beasts preshow, and Watchmen, TMNT, and Comic Book Confidential trailers.
Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Filled in timing for They Live and Snake Eyes.

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes
Projection cart by entrance?:
Additional Notes: I noticed a feature DCP was downloaded to our hard drive on Wednesday night called The New Year, I don't see anything with this title on the event calendar, nor does it appear to be on Google Drive. Does anyone know where this came from?
Made and ingested slides for Snake Eyes, Prince of Egypt, and Friday.
Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up: The remote for Shouting at the Screen came in today. I got it paired with our laptop and tested it out, seems to have a pretty good range (the booklet that came with it says 30 meters, about 100 feet) so it could work from the stage to the booth, will confirm during my next admin. Hoping to get the booth 2 PC up and running again so we'll also have the option of running the slideshow from that, but nothing I tried tonight worked. Same for the Theater 5 PC. Wrote to DMS about this to see if they have any suggestions for getting them back on, it’s hard to tell where the actual computer for these lives, as the monitors are only connected via ethernet to the router on the rack, all other cables connected are for the keyboard/mouse, blu-ray, and power. Either way we have a way of presenting the slideshow and controlling it from the stage for Shouting at the Screen.

Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting Deadful Melody, tons of splices and pretty scratched but otherwise OK. Since the trailer reel is in the same aspect ratio and has the same sound format as the feature, I added grease changeover cues to the end of the trailer reel so we can thread the first reel of the feature for a changeover and go right into the film from the trailers.

Maintenance/cleaning: While looking through the bin labeled “Cord Chaos” in 4/6 to try and find some ethernet cables to replace the ones for booth 2 and 5 PCs to see if that would get them working again (it didn’t) I found some HDMI and power cables. Put the power cables in the power bin and the HDMI cables in the bin under the Bar/DJ bin.
