NPP Projection Report 5/18 Open/Event Support


To do this evening/ was completed: Continue scheduling playlists for next week and fill in credits on the cue sheets.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled a playlist for Found Footage Festival tonight with generic preshow and 90 minutes of the live HDMI CPL.

Converted the preshow and holding slide for tomorrow’s private event to DCP. Built and scheduled the playlist.

Built playlists for Downton Abbey and Ghost in the Shell.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up and teched Found Footage Fest with one of the hosts before opening. Before their show I pulled everything out and showed Will the set up and he got the show started. Went smoothly.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received posters for Elvis and Brian and Charles. Added them to the caddy.

Received a new Trail Mix drive.

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Attached the UPS return label to the High Tide print, carted it along with our outgoing drives to the UPS store.

Printed and attached return labels for The Mask, Blade, and Watchmen and scheduled a pickup for tomorrow. Also arranged the pickup of Videodrome for tomorrow, so all four prints are on the cart by the entrance.

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes, updated entries for content we’ve received for upcoming events as well as info for Bob’s Burgers and Top Gun as those are pending on Deluxe. Neither have tracking yet, though.

Cleared through the poster caddy. Added Downton and Men posters to the current archive tube. Got rid of several outdated or obsolete posters either into the trivia section or recycling. Updated the list of trivia posters.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Filled in titles, preshow, showtime, lights down, and movie start for 5/20-5/26. Scheduled Friday 5/20 through Sunday 5/22 and filled in those credit times.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
