To do this evening/ was completed: 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: One of the Late Round preshow clips seems to have stalled uploading, I’ll double check in case it’s complete tomorrow morning otherwise I’ll check in with Kat.

Built and scheduled a playlist for RRR.

Built two playlists for TMNT preshow, one with the intro slide and one without.

Made a short preshow playlist for the Star Wars staff screening tomorrow morning.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The private screening of Fire of Love in Theater 1 went well.

Style Wars screening, intro, and Q&A went very smoothly. All mics are in the charging port in the booth, and the XLR cables and fifth mic for the Q&A are back in their respective bins in 4/6.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded the preshow and short film for the private event on Thursday 5/26, ingested the preshow to the TMS and the short to Theater 3.

Ingested Top Gun, Bob’s Burgers, Everything Everywhere, and Men keys.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Packed up the Ghost World DCP to return, Williamsburg got sent their own copy.

Print/video Inspection: Inspected the remaining reels of the Star Wars Episode VI print. It’s in good condition, though there are some emulsion scratches down the left side of the frame for the entirety of the print.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added tracking for the Scott Pilgrim DCP, however UPS says the shipment has been delayed so we’ll need to keep an eye on this.

Maintenance/cleaning: The first round in Theater 4 sold no tickets, so I ran white light from the 35mm projectors on screen with the masking set to the Film 185 setting and taped the port window for projector 1 to cover the bleed, no tape is needed on the window for projector 2.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Updated the cues for the private event Thursday night, I added another “round” in Theater 3 since the short is being shown preceded by their preshow twice for different audiences.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
