NPP Projection Report 5/25 Admin


To do this evening/ was completed: Continue inspecting Ricochet.

Born to Win 35mm screening with intro in Theater 4, mic is all set.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a playlist for tomorrow night’s private event with their preshow into their short. Scheduled it twice tomorrow night.

Scheduled playlists for Wednesday 6/1 and Thursday 6/2.

Built and scheduled a preshow playlist for Ricochet.

Downloaded and ingested the 15min Late Round preshow clip.

Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected the Star Wars Episode VI print and filled in the report. No damage occurred during the screening.

Teched the Train of Thought DCP, which is the short film for the private event tomorrow night. It’s good to go.

Began inspecting Ricochet, it’s in great condition.

Timed credits for TMNT, filled in cues.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes, checked tracking for Scott Pilgrim, it’s still delayed with no estimated delivery date. If it stays this way after tomorrow I’ll see about having Deluxe overnight another drive.

Maintenance/cleaning: Hadn’t realized all the mic stands were brought to Theater 2 for the Q&A last night. Generally if we are using the director chairs for a Q&A, there’s no need for stands. Brought them back to Theater 1 and placed them under the curtain, except for the one in Theater 4 for the intro tonight.

Checked in with DMS about the IMS storage upgrades and to bring up the occasional automation problems in 2 and 6 where the playlist loads but does not start.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes, filled in timing for tomorrow night’s private event. The short is 10 minutes shorter than expected (20 minutes instead of 30), so that should help with the flip between the two screenings.

Filled in end times for Wednesday 6/1 and Thursday 6/2.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
