NPP Projection Report 6/8 Close

To do this evening/ was completed: E.T. finished converting through DCP-o-matic and was ingested locally to theater 6

Presentation Issues: Slight delay to the start of the second round in theater 5 due to needing to the restart the pre-show; Doctor Strange was scheduled on the TMS and cue sheets and had begun playing as automated but the film schedule sent out last week had Everything Everywhere listed for a 6:30 start (took a minute to eject the show playlist and start the appropriate one over - no guests issued any complaints)

Special Events/ AV set up: Set It Off screening in theater 4 went perfectly; re-inspected reels 5 and 6 after the show (reels 1-4 will have to be re-inspected another day)

Projection Admin 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
