NPP Projection Report 7/12 Admin



To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Gerard walkied me during preshow at the beginning of the first round saying the masking was off on the left side in Theater 2. I went to check it and it was fine, the only thing I noticed that he might have meant was a bit of shadow from the curtains on the screen caused by the preshow lights. Came back in to check it again at lights down and again after the movie started and there was no bleed or anything.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Updated trailer packs (both this week’s and next) so the Godzilla/MST3k policy clips come after the Feature Presentation snipe, I had been in the habit of building them with these switched but Kat mentioned we should have them the other way around.

Built and scheduled a playlist for the private Thor screening on Friday morning.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): The Terminator DCP came. 

Ingested keys for Elvis, Top Gun, and Crawdads.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed and attached shipping labels for the Project A 2 print, as well as the 35mm trailers and the drive the Slumber Party Massacre II and Perdita Durango DCPs came on. Scheduled a pickup for all of these for tomorrow.

A Sony courier will be coming to pick up One False Move and I Know What You Did Last Summer prints tomorrow, so I placed those on the cart as well and labeled them for the driver. They’ll be dropping off Devil in a Blue Dress as
well.

Print/video Inspection: Began inspecting Out of Time, it’s in fair shape; though does have some base scratches throughout and a few instances of emulsion scratches. Someone had also marked a splice with grease pencil in the middle of the first reel which I wiped away.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes, added tracking for Where the Crawdads Sing, coming tomorrow, and the Good Burger print, coming Friday.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked cue sheets and schedule for tonight, they’re all good.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
