NPP Projection Report 7/12 Close
To do this evening/ was completed: I emailed Deluxe about sending updated keys for Minions: The Rise of Gru and The Black Phone for this upcoming week and they are scheduled to be sent out tomorrow afternoon (these two titles' keys will expire by the 15th but all other films' keys are valid through the 22nd)
Presentation Issues: No issues in theater 1 during any of my quality checks throughout the evening; that complaint to Jack must have been an anomaly of sorts as the center channel has sounded fine during the feature
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled a show playlist for The Terminator and event pre-shows for Devil in a Blue Dress, The Descent, and Supernova (volume automation cues will need to be added to all of these once the prints are tested with the cinema team) and updated credit offset information on the cue sheets for the weekend; if Alec and/or Jack could please double check the pre-show playlist for Supernova to ensure that transition to the slide/microphone setting is correct it would be greatly appreciated (I placed a Nitehawk logo slide there temporarily as I'm not sure whether or not we are planning on using a still from the film for that screening's introduction)

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
Ordering/Receiving (content): The Terminator DCP was received and ingested to theater 3
Outgoing/Shipping (content):
Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting Out of Time; overall the print is in great condition (most of the damage is largely on the base side of the film with some light scratching through most of the reels) and I took some photos of it and added them to the 35mm file on the shared drive
Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Double checked asset information for The Terminator and it was already entered/matches the slip delivered with the DCP drive
Maintenance/cleaning:
Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked schedule/cue sheets for the week; pending content we are still waiting to receive all shows are in the appropriate place on the TMS

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes
Projection cart by entrance?: Yes
Additional Notes: I spoke with Alec and Matthew about it this afternoon but it is worth mentioning that there is a board in theater 6's sound rack with a battery that will soon need replacing (this may beep from time to time to alert us to the failing battery but it should not affect the sound in this auditorium)
